Zine Spreads and Poster

Assignment: We were assigned create a Zine about a social issue we care about, I chose homophobia in the Catholic church. It had to contain at least 3 quotes, the speaker's bios and at least 2 photos. The zine functions as a multi-page pamphlet and a poster. The color scheme was limited to 3-5 colors total, black was prohibited.

Creative Approach:

I chose colors that had high contrast to each other so I could use multiple on a page. I picked one strong word to emphasize in each design to show an overall theme at first glance.
